We can choose to control our reality. Our thoughts could help us manifest our goals. We could be just one mindset change away from living our dream reality.

The law of attraction is a tool that can help us control the immense power that our thoughts hold. It operates fundamentally on the belief that our reality reflects our mindset.

This means that if our thoughts are positive and self-affirmative, our reality reflects that. So by controlling our thoughts and shaping them to be more positive, we can attract higher blessings and call our dream reality into existence.

The law of attraction is all about spiritual manifestation: getting in touch with your inner self and taking control of your thoughts. Spiritually, by using grateful, positive thoughts and feelings and by focusing on our dreams rather than our frustrations, we can change the frequency of our energy, and the law of attraction brings positive things into our lives.

The law of attraction helps you build a direct relationship with the universe, such that you start attracting all your desires just by directing your energy that way.

The law of attraction for beginners

The law of attraction is quite a simple approach if we get the basics right. The law of attraction is based on these three things: your thoughts, your mindset, and your energy.

The trick is to raise the frequency of your thoughts in your current reality to match the frequency of your dream reality. Sounds too technical?

It means to replicate the thoughts, mindset, and energy that you had in your dream reality in your current reality. When your outlook on life is one of gratitude, positive vibes, and confident energy, your desires and goals will find their way to you.

The law of attraction and manifestation

Manifesting using the law of attraction works by using positive thoughts to create a vibrational pull to attract your desires towards you.

How do you practice the law of attraction?

Law of attraction techniques that you can use to take advantage of the benefits of the law of attraction are:

1. Visualization: The first method we shall explore is visualization. This law of attraction technique entails spending a few minutes every day to visualize, specifically, all your desires. That is, visualize already having achieved all your desires.

If your goal is, for example, getting a high-paying job, then you would visualize yourself sitting at your desk at your dream job or your pay-check coming in.

Visualization is a great tool because not only does it help you attract your desires, but it also acts as a motivating factor to inspire you to take action towards your goals.

2. Vision-boards : You may have heard of vision boards several times. We make vision boards at New Year’s. But why? How do vision boards help us?

So let’s look at what a vision board is. A vision board is basically a collection of pictures depicting what you want your life to look like. These pictures and quotes resonate with your vision and are to be displayed on a wall or a board in a prominent place where you will see them every day.

When you keep looking at what you want your life to look like, it helps keep you going. Vision boards are an awesome visual tool to motivate you because, when you look at your dream reality often, you think about it often too.

And when your thoughts are directed towards what you want your dream reality to look like, you are setting the law of attraction into motion for yourself.

3. Gratitude journaling: Gratefulness is the greatest magnet for attracting your desires. When you are grateful for every little thing in your life and consciously look for things to be grateful for through gratitude journaling, you are resonating with a higher frequency of energy.

When you are grateful, you start to enjoy every little bit of life to the fullest. It teaches you to be mindful and creates a positive mental environment, which in turn shapes your reality positively.

4. Positive affirmations: Repeating self-affirmations can help alter our brain chemistry to think positive thoughts. These affirmations are, for example, “I attract abundance," “I attract wealth," and “I am divinely protected.”.

These affirmations reinforce positive beliefs. They help create self-confidence and an attractive mindset. Then, with this new, positive mindset, you will begin to attract and manifest the life of your dreams!

Positive affirmations help break self-limiting patterns and create a positive mindset that attracts abundance.

The law of attraction is a powerful tool that you can use to manifest your dream reality.

Something that can help you not only improve your mindset but also your self-image and your internal motivation. The law of attraction helps you create a positive internal environment that helps you shape your external reality and lead a fulfilling life.
